Part of me agrees with you but i think we already have enough aggressive youngsters walking the streets, maybe we should get young offenders rebuilding roads instead of letting them walk free and bring back corpral punishment

I think the British Armed Forces are missing a trick here, dropping a few highly untrained charvers behind enemy lines to 'take without owners consent' (TWOC) a few tanks could tip the balance of any conflict well in our favour - all they would need in terms of supplies is 20 Regal King Size and 4 cans of Carling.
